Tras un ambicioso desaf\u00edo de cuatro a\u00f1os, el proyecto MultiFAL, financiado con fondos europeos, entra en su fase final con excelentes resultados para la industria del ensamblaje aeron\u00e1utico: el desarrollo de un sistema de planta automatizado de tama\u00f1o completo para unir recubrimientos termopl\u00e1sticos de fuselaje que se adapte al sistema de la planta de montaje existente en las instalaciones del Topic Manager<\/em>. <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Esta iniciativa, liderada por CT y que cuenta con la experiencia y conocimientos de FFT y AIMEN, contribuir\u00e1 a reducir el tiempo de puesta en marcha de los sistemas de planta automatizados hasta en un 20%, mediante el empleo de herramientas de puesta en servicio virtuales (virtual commissioning<\/em>). Asimismo, ayudar\u00e1 a aumentar el nivel de detalle de las fases de producci\u00f3n en, aproximadamente, un 25%, al implementar interfaces entre el sistema de la planta y el control de producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

CT se ha hecho cargo del dise\u00f1o y las pruebas finales del demostrador de fuselaje. La implantaci\u00f3n de 3DEXPERIENCE en una plataforma en la nube ha sido crucial para garantizar una colaboraci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida y sencilla entre todos los socios (dise\u00f1adores, gerentes y proveedores externos) para el almacenamiento, creaci\u00f3n e intercambio de toda la informaci\u00f3n del proyecto: archivos de dise\u00f1o, desde los dise\u00f1os conceptuales en CATIA V5 hasta el dise\u00f1o 3D final en CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE, planos de fabricaci\u00f3n y documentaci\u00f3n en una amplia gama de formatos.
