RETPAIR est l\u2019un des deux projets, avec Welder, que CT a soumis \u00e0 l\u2019appel d\u2019offres\u00a0<\/strong>Clean Sky 2020<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0pour faire avancer la strat\u00e9gie d\u2019adoption des thermoplastiques par l\u2019industrie a\u00e9rospatiale et am\u00e9liorer consid\u00e9rablement les performances environnementales et \u00e9conomiques du secteur a\u00e9rospatial, conform\u00e9ment aux objectifs de CS2.<\/strong><\/p>\n

CT, soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie leader en mati\u00e8re d\u2019innovation technologique tout au long du cycle de vie des produits, a entam\u00e9 des recherches sur des m\u00e9thodes de r\u00e9paration rentables pour les composants composites thermoplastiques et leur int\u00e9gration dans la cha\u00eene de fabrication de l\u2019industrie a\u00e9ronautique. Inclus dans le programme Horizon 2020, RETPAIR, qui signifie \u00ab\u00a0Thermoplastic fuselage repair process integrated on manufacturing line\u00a0\u00bb (processus de r\u00e9paration des fuselages en thermoplastique int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 la cha\u00eene de fabrication), a re\u00e7u 800\u00a0000 euros de financement de recherche du programme europ\u00e9en Clean Sky. Cette initiative de R&D est men\u00e9e par un consortium multidisciplinaire form\u00e9 par CT et Msquare, et dirig\u00e9 par AIMEN.<\/p>\n

Les solutions propos\u00e9es garantissent une accessibilit\u00e9 unilat\u00e9rale et s\u2019appuient sur une m\u00e9thodologie num\u00e9rique pour faciliter la conception et la fabrication des patchs. Une solution de soudage par induction pour la r\u00e9paration des dommages structurels bas\u00e9e sur des patchs pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s sera d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e, ainsi que deux solutions de consolidation in situ pour des applications structurelles et non structurelles bas\u00e9es sur la cr\u00e9ation automatis\u00e9e et robotis\u00e9e de patchs couche par couche in situ\u00a0: une solution de pose automatis\u00e9e bas\u00e9e sur les technologies ATL\/AFP (pose automatis\u00e9e de bandes\/placement automatis\u00e9 de fibres) sera \u00e9tudi\u00e9e pour les r\u00e9parations structurelles et de grande taille, et une solution d\u2019impression 3D bas\u00e9e sur la FFF (fabrication de filaments fondus), utilisant \u00e0 la fois des filaments continus en fibre de carbone et des filaments \u00e0 fibres courtes, permettra d\u2019ajuster la r\u00e9sistance des patchs en fonction des diff\u00e9rentes exigences de r\u00e9paration (structurelles et cosm\u00e9tiques).<\/p>\n

Pour garantir la qualit\u00e9 thermique et m\u00e9canique de la r\u00e9paration, les param\u00e8tres critiques du processus (temp\u00e9rature, pression, temps\/cadence) seront surveill\u00e9s et contr\u00f4l\u00e9s. Les ing\u00e9nieurs de CT seront charg\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9valuer et de comparer les r\u00e9sultats de ces nouvelles solutions de r\u00e9paration au regard de leur applicabilit\u00e9 dans les diff\u00e9rents sc\u00e9narios de dommages pr\u00e9alablement \u00e9tablis et les diff\u00e9rents environnements d\u2019application\u00a0: les pi\u00e8ces uniques (SP), l\u2019assemblage de composants majeurs (MAC) et la cha\u00eene d\u2019assemblage finale (FAL). Une fois leur applicabilit\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9e, CT d\u00e9finira la feuille de route, en compilant les travaux n\u00e9cessaires pour faire passer les nouvelles technologies de TRL3 \u00e0 TRL6.<\/p>\n

Les d\u00e9veloppements r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans le cadre de cette recherche de pr\u00e8s de trois ans aboutiront \u00e0 des technologies de r\u00e9paration flexibles et pr\u00e9cises pour des solutions de haute performance et de qualit\u00e9, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation croissante de mat\u00e9riaux plus \u00e9cologiques tels que les composites thermoplastiques dans l\u2019industrie a\u00e9ronautique.<\/p>\n
