Le projet Flow vise \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper une \u00e9olienne flottante pour offrir une d\u00e9monstration grandeur nature qui permettrait de surmonter les restrictions li\u00e9es \u00e0 la construction de parcs \u00e9oliens en mer dans des zones d\u2019une profondeur sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 60 m\u00e8tres. CT fait partie d\u2019un projet men\u00e9 par Nautilus et auquel participent notamment Iberdrola, Ormazabal, les chantiers navals Murueta et Navacel.<\/p>\n

Le secteur des parcs \u00e9oliens en mer prend de plus en plus d\u2019importance parmi les industries des \u00e9nergies renouvelables, en particulier en Europe, et il est \u00e9galement en pleine expansion en Asie et aux \u00c9tats-Unis. \u00c0 l\u2019heure actuelle, la majorit\u00e9 des parcs \u00e9oliens en mer, comme le projet Wikinger dont les parcs \u00e9oliens ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment construits en mer Baltique, sont des a\u00e9rog\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs marins ancr\u00e9s au fond de la mer au moyen de fondations jacket, qui sont des plates-formes sur lesquelles reposent les g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs. Les tours ne sont install\u00e9es que dans des eaux peu profondes (profondeur maximale de 50 \u00e0 60 m\u00e8tres), ce qui limite le d\u00e9veloppement du secteur.<\/p>\n

Ce projet de recherche, appel\u00e9 Flow, vise \u00e0 apporter une solution en d\u00e9veloppant un g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur flottant et un mod\u00e8le grandeur nature pour permettre la construction de parcs \u00e9oliens en mer dans des eaux plus profondes. Le projet couvre toutes les phases de l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie de conception, les d\u00e9tails et la fabrication d\u2019un mod\u00e8le flottant grandeur nature dans le but d\u2019\u00e9tablir le Pays basque \u00e0 l\u2019avant-garde de ce secteur strat\u00e9gique et de renforcer les capacit\u00e9s des entreprises basques dans l\u2019ensemble de la cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement pour le secteur des parcs \u00e9oliens flottants.<\/p>\n

Le consortium dirig\u00e9 par Nautilus compte parmi ses partenaires Iberdrola Renovables, les chantiers navals Murueta, Nervi\u00f3n Industries, Navacel, Vicinay, CT, Ormazabal, NEM Solutions, Erreka, HWS Concrete Towers, Uniportbilbao, Foro Mar\u00edtimo Vasco et le Cluster de Energ\u00eda. Il int\u00e8gre \u00e9galement Tecnalia, IK4-Ikerlan, Vicinay Marine Innovation et OCT en tant qu\u2019agents du r\u00e9seau basque de la science, de la technologie et de l\u2019innovation (RVCTI).<\/p>\n

CT poss\u00e8de plus de 15 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans le secteur \u00e9olien en mati\u00e8re d\u2019essais de composants, de validation de turbines et d\u2019a\u00e9rog\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs, d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie d\u00e9taill\u00e9e et de structures, ainsi que d\u2019autres activit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n
