Le r\u00e9acteur thermonucl\u00e9aire exp\u00e9rimental international (ITER), l\u2019un des projets \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques les plus ambitieux au monde \u00e0 l\u2019heure actuelle, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Cadarache dans le sud-est de la France, est le fruit d\u2019une collaboration mondiale entre 35 nations (les membres d\u2019ITER sont la Chine, l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne, l\u2019Inde, le Japon, la Cor\u00e9e, la Russie et les \u00c9tats-Unis) qui ont uni leurs ressources pour conqu\u00e9rir l\u2019une des plus grandes fronti\u00e8res de la science : la reproduction sur Terre de l\u2019\u00e9nergie illimit\u00e9e qui alimente le soleil et les \u00e9toiles.<\/p>\n

ITER se compose d\u2019une installation scientifique b\u00e2tie sur un site de 42 hectares dans le sud de la France, o\u00f9 se d\u00e9roulent les activit\u00e9s de fabrication de la machine et des syst\u00e8mes ITER en cours partout dans le monde. La campagne exp\u00e9rimentale qui sera men\u00e9e \u00e0 ITER est essentielle pour faire progresser la science de la fusion et pr\u00e9parer le terrain pour les centrales \u00e0 fusion de demain.<\/p>\n

Nous sommes fiers d\u2019avoir consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 ce projet plus de 40 000 heures et mis \u00e0 disposition un large \u00e9ventail d\u2019\u00e9quipes d\u2019experts impliqu\u00e9es dans\u00a0<\/span>les processus d\u2019int\u00e9gration, de reconception et de mise sous tension de diff\u00e9rentes installations<\/strong>, ainsi que dans les travaux de\u00a0<\/span>R&D<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>sur le syst\u00e8me optique du Tokamak pour l\u2019observation dans le visible et l\u2019infrarouge, et les t\u00e2ches de\u00a0<\/span>calcul CFD<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>li\u00e9es \u00e0 son syst\u00e8me de refroidissement, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s d\u2019entreprises et d\u2019institutions de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n

Nos activit\u00e9s s\u2019articulent principalement autour de deux axes:<\/p>\n

L\u2019int\u00e9gration et la reconception des sous-stations PBS41 et PBS43<\/strong>. L\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie \u00e9lectrique de CT a travaill\u00e9 avec Siemens afin de contribuer \u00e0 la mission de Ferrovial consistant \u00e0 fournir et \u00e0 exploiter un r\u00e9seau haute tension de 1 200 MVA pour l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019installation, comprenant deux sous-stations et sept transformateurs.<\/p>\n

Nous avons commenc\u00e9 l\u2019int\u00e9gration et la reconception de l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie existante sur les sous-stations de 22 kV et 6,6 kV de la partie am\u00e9ricaine (PBS43). Nous avons \u00e9galement travaill\u00e9 sur l\u2019int\u00e9gration compl\u00e8te de toutes les parties diff\u00e9rentes (400 kV, 66 kV, 22 kV et 6,6 kV) dans les deux \u00e9normes sous-stations du projet, l\u2019am\u00e9ricaine (PBS43) et la chinoise (PBS41). Nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 mis sous tension les sous-stations am\u00e9ricaines de 400 kV, 22 kV et 6,6 kV (PBS43) ainsi que la sous-station chinoise de 400 kV (PBS41) et livr\u00e9 tous les plans des sous-stations chinoises (PBS41).<\/p>\n

Le TOKAMAK (ITER) (2017-2019)<\/strong>. CT a collabor\u00e9 avec CIEMAT \u00e0 la conception m\u00e9canique du syst\u00e8me de diagnostic du spectre visible et infrarouge du r\u00e9acteur de fusion nucl\u00e9aire Tokamak. CT a \u00e9galement con\u00e7u le syst\u00e8me d\u2019assemblage et de r\u00e9gulation des \u00e9l\u00e9ments optiques et le syst\u00e8me de diagnostic. En 2016-2017, CT a fait appel \u00e0 un expert en calculs CFD complexes pour travailler sur le syst\u00e8me de refroidissement du Tokamak dans les installations ITER de Cadarache.<\/p>\n

Pour CT, c\u2019est un d\u00e9fi, une fiert\u00e9 et une opportunit\u00e9 consid\u00e9rables de participer \u00e0 l\u2019ITER, qui sera le premier appareil de fusion capable de maintenir la fusion pendant de longues p\u00e9riodes et de tester les technologies, les mat\u00e9riaux et les r\u00e9gimes physiques int\u00e9gr\u00e9s n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la production commerciale d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de la fusion.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
